If your area is not covered, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

  • All orders are processed within 4–5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across most areas of Pakistan. Please ensure:

  • You provide a valid address and active phone number.
  • You are available to receive and pay for the parcel at delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed or lost. If your order is overdue, please contact us at JiyaKins@gmail.com — we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at JiyaKins@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
