- If you have any doubts about your parcel, please record a video while opening it so we can verify the issue and process a replacement or refund.
- No complaints for refund, damage, or missing items will be entertained if an opening video is not shared with us.
Our return policy is valid only in the following two situations:

The product delivered to you has a genuine defect or issue.
You have 3 days after an item is delivered to notify us that you wish to return it.

Items must be returned via a traceable delivery method — courier or registered post — at the customer’s own expense.
Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned product and it passes our Quality Check.
